Connor is one lucky little boy. Michelle and Kyle took him to Gatlinburg the week of spring break. Me and mom got to do a wine with design class and that was fun.

Birthday Weeekend
April 11th - 12th
I love April, it's spring time, many birthdays to celebrate and it also usually means my cousin Niki and kids will make the drive over from GA for Connor's birthday weekend. This year was no exception and it was just her and Adi. For the past 4 years or it's been a tradition to go to a baseball game that Friday night.
Usually it's opening weekend so it works out perfect. This year since I was sick everyone still went and had tons of fun.
Saturday Con had his last soccer game it was party day.
His last game was fun his coach, (who I absloutly loved this year) and awards for each player on top of the trophy they recieve, cupcakes and had a water ballon toss set up. Adi and Con did the toss which was supper cute. His coach restored my faith back in with the Y, I about gave up on us doing sports there. He is very good in soccer and I hope he keeps it up.
I was still not feeling well but thankful between mom, Michelle and Niki everything was done with their help. This year Connor tolde he wanted to have his birthday at the house and invite his whole class and our friends. Trying to think of something that could possibly turn into 25 kids is hard. I ended up thinking reptiles and knew there had to be someone around here. After a short search online I found the Critter Keeper. He was amazing! He brought all kinds of things for the kids to hold and touch and look at. He was very entertaining for the adults also. I think that was our best party yet. Sunday was a relaxing day, I sti was trying to recover from the nasty bug I had the weekend before. That afternoon Niki and Adi headed home.
Connor Turns 7!!!!

Connor turns 7! It is so hard to believe. They really do grow up fast, almost in a blink of an eye, he turned 7. When I found out I was pregnant I really had no clue what to expect. This joyful little boy has brought to much joy and happniess into my life, more then I could ever imagine. I am glad God chose me to be his mom. I was sick on his birthday and told him the night before I did not have a present for him, he was so understanding and so loving. I ended up making it to see him at lunch and sit with him. My cousin Courtney and her husband Brandon ended up coming and taking him out to dinner because I was not able to. That meant to much to me, and I know Connor loved it! I have the best family hands down!

Spring Concert / Art Show

AJW put on a spring concert and art show. I love watching Connor and seeing the new songs he has learned. I was not feeling good that evening which turned into a stomach bug so we hurried out of their once it was over. Whenk we got there I went ahead and bought his art work that is already framed. I love that because it is so convient and the money goes to the school. He preformed three songs in the concert. After the concert we could visit the class room to see the projects of the rain forest thay have been working on. His special project from art was a Army Aunt.

It is hard to believe it is the 3rd quarter already! Connor makes me so proud! He recieved 2 awards; Perfect attandence, and reading. I am so greatful I am able to attend his school events. I am one proud mom.

Michelle is the big 3-0!!!!
Michelle Turned 3-0!!!!! For her birthday the 5 of us went to Charleston for the weekend. Saturday morning we woke up and drive to Columbia and picked up Michelle and Kyle then headed to Charleston. We spent the day in the market. It had been raining until we got down there. After the market we went and checked into the hotel. Connor was amazed that the room had a couch! We went to dinner that night at a nice place downtown. It was very good. Sunday we had brunch at a popular breakfast place and then spent the day at the outlet shopping and then came back home.
